Since part of the nurses’ commitment and quality of work is affected by organizational justice and workplace well-being, the present study was done to determine the relationship between organizational justice and workplace well-being in nurses. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study done in a cross-sectional manner in 2019, 225 nurses from two public hospitals and two private hospitals in Gonbad-e-kavus city were selected through simple random sampling. Data gathering tools were organizational justice and well-being questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Spearman statistical test and through SPSS statistical software version 22. Results: Organizational justice in the studied public and private hospitals was at a moderate level and workplace well-being in the studied private and public hospitals was good. There was a significant and positive relationship between the mean score of organizational justice and workplace well-being in public hospitals (P=0.006). Conclusion: Conducting interpersonal and social interaction training courses for all nursing staff in all health departments is essential to enhance well-being at work. There is also a need to periodically evaluate the status of organizational justice based on standards to address shortcomings or deficiencies.
